Frequently asked questions
Before you buy.
The questions buyers ask most often, answered plainly. If yours is not here, write to partner@landmarkglobalpartners.uk.
Is this legal advice?
No. The instruments are compliance-intelligence and readiness resources for planning, governance and decision support. Landmark Global Partners is a strategic advisory and technology consultancy, not a law firm, audit firm or regulated financial adviser. Where reserved or regulated services are required, we coordinate with appropriately authorised independent partner firms in the relevant jurisdiction.
Is this a blank template?
No. These are authored compliance-intelligence assets — regulatory explanation, market analysis, board-level risk framing, implementation pathways and practical readiness tools, drawn from the frameworks we apply in advisory work. You receive a structured position, not an empty form to complete.
Who are these for?
Boards, CFOs, general counsel, COOs, ESG and sustainability leads, procurement and compliance teams — and the energy, extractives, infrastructure and carbon-intensive supply-chain organisations they serve. Each product page sets out exactly who it is built for.
Can a company use this internally across a team?
The standard licence is for a single named professional. For organisation-wide internal use, a corporate licence is available. See the licensing options.
Do you offer corporate licences?
Yes. Any instrument can be licensed for organisation-wide internal use, and the full suite is available as a corporate licence. Corporate licences are confirmed by a short written proposal — enquire here.
Do you offer advisory support to apply this?
Yes. The instruments are the entry point to a structured advisory pathway — diagnostic calls, readiness reviews, supplier-data programmes and retainers. See the advisory page. Diagnostic fees are credited against subsequent work.
Are updates included?
Instruments are version-controlled against the regimes they cover. Purchasers are notified of material regulatory change for the current version cycle.
Can these be used outside the UK?
Yes. CBAM, CSRD and the ESG and CCUS frameworks are EU and international in scope, and the instruments are written for cross-border application. For jurisdiction-specific reserved matters, obtain local regulated advice — which we can help coordinate.
How do I receive the product after purchase?
Checkout and delivery are handled securely through Gumroad. After payment you receive an immediate download link by email, and the files remain accessible from your Gumroad library.
What is your refund position?
As these are digital products delivered immediately on purchase, sales are generally final. Where something is genuinely wrong with a file, contact us and we will put it right. Refund handling follows the Gumroad checkout policy applied at the point of sale.
